Case management and the translation process
At Trinity we pride ourselves on our talented and well-trained case-management professionals. Our case managers have the experience and analytical skills to supervise and organize the entire translation process. They are equipped to manage a broad array of communications cases. Because we work with a large team of organized, precise, and knowledgeable case managers, we are able to assign each translation case a qualified manager who has knowledge and familiarity with the specific subject matter associated with each translation.

The translation process:

  • Trinity reviews the project for its complexity. We then provide a free estimate of cost and turnaround time. The quoted per-word cost will include the cost to format and edit the project.

  • The project is then assigned to an experienced case manager, who will oversee and monitor the entire process.

  • After an evaluation of the subject matter, language, and deadline, we will select specific translators, technical experts, and editors for the project's translation team.

  • Once this team is assembled, the documents will go through an initial translation.

  • Upon completion of this initial translation, it will be thoroughly proofread and edited.

  • The translator will then review the edited version and create a final translation.

  • Certification is then created.
